It's been awhile since I updated my journal. Not much is going on around these parts but I have been for the most part keeping up with my weekly pages updates(which I'm proud of):]

I've been watching a lot of Kamen Rider lately. Aside from being caught up with Kamen Rider Decade, I finished Kamen Rider Kabuto(so far my favorite) and Kamen Rider Den-O. At the moment I'm watching Kamen Rider Blade and so far its AMAZING! It's a really good series and the episodes fly by, you don't realize they're 20 mins each.

As far as gaming goes, I decided to get a PS2 and play some of the games I missed out on last generation. So far I have 7 games(Kingdom Hearts, DDR X, Yakuza, Yakuza 2, Shadow of the Colossus, Persona 3 FES, and Dragon Quest VIII).

Shadow of Colossus really impressed me, like jaw dropping impressed. Everything about it is beautiful; the epic music, the colossi, the environments, everything. It's truely a work of art.

Yakuza has me pretty gripped. It's an RPG but the battle system consists of really kick ass brawls and the story is really entertaining(not to mention the decent dub). It reminds me a lot of Shenmue except a lot more fun, lol.

Lastly, I just got done with a short couple hour session of Persona 3. It has a really sexy and slick presentation and the voice work is great. So far the story is keeping me interested and I love the way they started the first battle. I have a feeling I will be playing this the most.

That's really all I have to say. I'm working hard to crank out a page a week, even though it's summer and I'll try to do a few more sketches throughout the week.
